Once you place your order, it can take up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) to ship out. Shipping takes 3-5 business day but varies due to COVID-19 and Holidays, tracking numbers will be provide. Alwadys double check your address before submitting your order. Contact me immediately if there is an error.
Once your order has shipped, Healthy and Whole is NOT responsible or liable for wrong addresses! Be sure to double check your address before checking out. If your order has already shipped contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout.
Orders that are sent back due to incorrect delivery addresses will be charged a $10 reship fee.
Refund
There are no returns/exchanges STRICTLY due to sanitary reasons, so be vigilante as to what you order! All of our products are hand inspected throughly to ensure our products quality.

Melting Bawdy Butter
It is getting hot outside ( yu can cook an egg on the side walk hot). So, I will do my best and in my power to reduce the possibility of melting butter. With that being said, we can NOT guarantee NO MELTING BUTTERS. Please bear in mind, that is a possibility during transit. We advise prompt removal from mailboxes, front porches, etc upon delivery. If your butter does melt in transit. Simply allow it to naturally solidify at room temperature & continue use. If your butter is completely liquid, allow it to solidify at room temp. It will be slightly harden, so to your preference remove the butter from the container and mix it with an electrical mixer to return to its original fluffy consistency.
Due to our body butter being whipped, when melted they may appear "half full". This is not the case as the air pockets no longer exist in their liquid state.
Keep AWAY FROM WINDOWS & DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
